What do you mean by "performance-based"?
We don't bill retainers. Compensation is tied directly to tracked revenue we generate — usually a commission on new-customer sales, sometimes a hybrid with a small performance floor. The exact deal depends on your margins, your LTV, and the scale we're targeting.
Who is this actually for?
Established brands with proven product-market fit doing $1M+ in annual revenue. DTC, info products, coaching, lead-gen. We're not the right partner for pre-launch startups — there's nothing yet to scale. Come back when you have signal.
How selective are you?
Very. We take roughly one in twelve applications. The filter is pragmatic, not elitist — if we can't see a clear path to hitting our revenue number for you, we'd rather decline than take a partnership neither side will be happy with.
What channels do you run?
Meta and TikTok for paid social, Google and YouTube for intent and video, native for cold. We build the channel mix around where your audience converts — not where the agency has an account manager sitting idle.
Do you handle creative?
Yes. UGC scripts, creator sourcing, editing, testing pipeline. A weekly creative cadence is table-stakes in paid-social; if we're running spend, we're also running the creative engine behind it.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Always. We operate inside your accounts, your business manager, your attribution stack. If the partnership ever ends, everything — the data, the pixel history, the creative — stays with you.
How long until we see results?
Usually 30-60 days to full install, positive signal inside the first month. We agree on a tracked-sale target before we start, so there's no ambiguity about what "working" looks like.
